Modern Anti-Slavery Statement
This statement is prepared by Together Group Holdings PLC (“Together Group”) and its subsidiaries in accordance with our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
This statement sets out our commitments and steps we have taken to identify potential risks within our business related to modern slavery & human trafficking.
We are fully committed to preventing modern slavery across our operations and supply chain. We have engaged with a third party to support Together Group in this process to consolidate our policies and procedures across our Group agencies and geographies.
About Together Group and our Operations
Together Group is a collective of high-quality creative consultancies, marketing, technology and production studios focused within the luxury and lifestyle sector.
Our group consists of; The Future Laboratory, Construct, NÖE & Associates, King & Partners, North Six, Purple, Folk, Hot Pot China, Together Group KSA and Seven Dials City. We employ over 500 people across 10 countries, with our head office located in London, UK.
We have conducted a risk assessment of our; business operations, industry in which we operate, and the skilled professionals we employ in delivery of our services, determining our risks of our engaging or being associated with modern slavery are low. However, we recognise that our Group operates across some jurisdictions which may be deemed high risk on the Walk Free Global Slavery Index so remain vigilant to the risks.
Our supply chains
Together Group work with a variety of suppliers globally in the provision of our primary services, these include marketing, production, events companies and engaging creative professionals & freelancers. Our indirect costs include property, technology, professional services and people related costs.
Our Group applies a zero-tolerance approach with regards to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are implementing the following actions in managing our supply chain to ensure compliance with our policies:
- Risk Assessment – conducting regular risk assessments of our existing suppliers based on jurisdiction and industry to assess potential exposure.
- Supplier Due Diligence Framework – for the onboarding of new suppliers across the group.
- Consistent Controls & Process – across all Together Group agencies & geographies.
- Supplier Code of Conduct – setting out the standards we expect our suppliers to comply with and invoking specific actions should we determine a breach of policy.
Our Policies on Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking
Our anti-slavery & human trafficking policy reflects our commitment to act ethically and with integrity across our business relationships. We are undertaking a process to consolidate our policies across Together Group, implementing effective systems & controls alongside training for our employees to ensure we maintain vigilance within our business.
We have the following policies in place relevant to modern slavery, which we will continually review and update as required:

- Recruitment Policy
Due Diligence Processes for Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
We apply a risk-based approach to our due diligence when assessing new suppliers and reviewing our existing relationships. We are implementing the following principals across our procurement processes:
- Identify & Access potential risk areas within our supply chain.
- Conducting Supplier Assessments where a greater degree of risk has been identified.
- Supplier Code of Conduct required for higher risk jurisdictions & sectors.
- Invoking action where potential violations have been identified, including contract termination and/or reporting to appropriate authorities.
Training
We are committed to ensuring vigilance to modern slavery & human trafficking across our organisation. To ensure of understanding across our business we will be providing training to our employees.
We will be communicating a tackling modern slavery module which will cover principles of the modern slavery act, risks within our business, how to spot them & actions to take should breaches be identified. All inducted employees will be provide similar training and made aware of the Group’s policies in regards to this subject.

Our Group Directors oversee our approach and adherence to ethics & compliance across Together Group.
Our business will continue to review risks associated with modern slavery & human trafficking, monitor our own adherence to our policies & continually improve our risk mitigation actions where required.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the Together Group’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2023. It was approved by the board on 17th October 2024.
