As part of BMW’s annual Customer First Conference, we delivered a futures presentation that explored transformative trends reshaping brand outreach. Nespresso

We partnered with Nespresso to explore the future of work and position the brand as a thought leader in this space. Using insights from our Futures 1,000 expert panel and in-depth research, we delivered a 7,000-word thought-leadership report and hosted an immersive media event. The initiative generated significant media coverage and showcased Nespresso’s commitment to workplace innovation as part of their B2B strategy.

Dell

The Future Laboratory partnered with Dell’s Experience Innovation Studio to explore the long-term technological and societal shifts shaping the future. Using strategic foresight and scenario-planning, we developed a comprehensive report outlining four potential futures – Probable, Possible, Problematic and Promising. The report provided Dell with practical insights to future-proof its business, guiding innovation strategy across design, software and hardware teams. The findings are now shaping Dell’s long-term vision, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of computing in a rapidly evolving world.

Rituals - China

The Rituals global team had a need to identify commercial opportunities through analysis on both existing consumers as well as untapped market segments. Our Hot Pot China team built a bespoke Cultural Intel Community of 250 consumers within a branded WeChat Mini Program to elicit ongoing real-time feedback over 12 months.  Among the many key outputs was the discovery of a number of fragrance preferences that were unaddressed by Rituals, and these insights were fed back into the NPD funnel to better serve Chinese consumers.

Campari Group - China

Hot Pot China conducted an insights project for Campari Group leadership to understand the potential for growth of premium cognac with younger consumers across Asia. Combining consumer intelligence from Greater China, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia with expert interviews we delivered not only robust trend forecasting, but also individual go-to-market and brand activation strategies for the four key markets. Shortly after delivery of the study, Campari group completed acquisition of cognac brand Courvoisier for $1.3b.

Inspired by the earliest forms of alphabets and mark-making, our London based graphic design studio Construct developed a new brand identity for Aman that would reflect its values and the high quality of its experiences. SKIMS trusted our NY-based King & Partners studios to develop a brand refresh and site design after a successful initial launch. We refined the overall look and feel of the brand experience. Nobu Residences

Founded in 2011 as a premium, membership-based New York workspace for individuals and businesses in film, fashion, design, publishing and the art industry, NeueHouse built a solid reputation as a place where good design meets great culture. Nike x Virgil Abloh

Nike launched their collaboration with Virgil through their design project—The Ten—at the end of 2017. The 10 shoes are divided into two themes. Our Noë & Associates studio worked with the Nike team in Oregon to develop the identity and logo system for The Ten, create the inside-out packaging concepts, screen-printed vintage advertising shoe wraps and the brand guidelines for the project.

Dorchester

The revered face of London legend the Dorchester Hotel is undergoing a transformation. Our  Construct studio has crafted the first full rebrand in its 91-year history. This has been a twelve-month labour of love for the studio, with Strategists, Designers, Project Managers and Production teams creating a vision for the next generation of this famous hotel, brought to life across more than 100 touchpoints.

Claridge’s

Construct’s identity and branding for Claridge’s, created over 10 years ago, describes a luxury hotel that has played host to stars, socialites and crowned heads of Europe. The redrawn crest and logotype complement elements of an Art Deco-influenced palette of confident jade, gold, white and black, architecturally inspired chevrons, typefaces resonant of the 20s, and archive-inspired imagery. The unusual diversity and extensive range of applications reflects Maybourne Hotel Group’s absolute trust in Construct as brand guardian of its properties.

Architectural Digest

Architectural Digest launched “Behind the Design,” a series of documentary-style videos that dive into the detail of some of the design world’s most important homes and studios. A creative collaboration between Architectural Digest and our Noë & Associates studios, all films are produced, directed and edited by the Noë & Associates content team.

Zenith

Founded in 1865 by Georges Favre-Jacot, Zenith has a rich history in the manufacture of Swiss timepieces. The most notable achievement was the creation of the first integrated automatic chronograph movement – the Zenith El Primero – which is still the most precise series-made. During the quartz crisis in the 1970s, local watchmaker Charles Vermot saved this movement and the future of one of the world’s greatest watch brands. The Noë & Associates content team travelled to Switzerland and interviewed Zenith’s CEO, craftsmen, and historians on-site in order to capture this story of passion and determination.

Mareterra

Noë & Associates were tasked with creating the name, brand strategy and identity, and the overall marketing communications strategy and subsequent campaigns to launch Mareterra to the world. The project includes 6 residential offerings by some of the world’s most accomplished architects including Renzo Piano, a retail district, public park, Alexander Calder sculpture plaza, marina and public walkways.

Bentley

Noë & Associates was invited by Bentley Motors to experience the launch of the 100th Anniversary EXP 100 GT car at the Bentley headquarters and factory in Crewe, England. Captured here by our Film division, the car is a future vision of how the luxury brand will evolve in the next few years through use of technology while retaining the most exquisite approach to artisanal craftsmanship.

Tadao Ando

Tadao Ando’s first residential development in the Western Hemisphere is now complete. We travelled to Japan to meet the Pritzker Architecture Prize winner at his Osaka studio, capture his rigorous process of creating some of the world’s most compelling structures, and to document key examples of his work.

Waldorf Astoria

The story of the Waldorf Astoria is, in many ways, a story of New York City. A story of ambition, innovation, and achievement woven into the very fabric of the building. As the lead agency for digital on Neom’s Gulf of Aqaba project Noë & Associates conceived an initiative to bring the treasures of tomorrow today. The creation of the 120km of coastline and all the upcoming architecture and initiatives within it, inside a photo accurate digital twin was at the heart of this concept. Lake Nona Digital Twin

IMERZA built over 30,000 acres of Lake Nona in Orlando, FL as a fully interactive Digital Twin. Including a variety of neighborhoods, recreational & healthcare facilities, office & retail space, residential communities & resorts. Tavistock Development Company found many of IMERZA’s data visualization tools crucial to the design process, allowing development teams to coordinate design information from multiple sources on a project.

Rivage Bal Harbour, Miami / The Related Group

This collection of magnificent ocean-front residences represents the essence of resort-style living. The design blends modernist architecture with organic tropical elements, offering breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami skyline. The property is captured in an extensive portfolio of 80+ images spanning both interiors and exteriors, enhanced by a high-end animation that immerses viewers in the design.

The Surrey Residences, New York / Reuben Brothers

The much-anticipated reopening of The Surrey hotel, an iconic landmark of the Upper East Side, brings an exquisite collection of fourteen bespoke residences with full access to the hotel’s amenities. The project is captured through 25 stunning images of interior and exterior spaces, complemented by a short interior animation and an eye-catching cinemagraph.

Rosewood Residences Old Lighthouse, Los Cabos

Rosewood Residences’ first stand-alone branded residences, Old Lighthouse in Los Cabos, is a 550-acre sanctuary on the Baja Peninsula. Set amidst breath-taking cliffs and pristine beaches, these private residences have been carefully curated to complement the dramatic cliffside topography. The development is showcased through 16 meticulously crafted images that capture both interior and exterior perspectives.

One Circular Quay, Sydney / Lendlease

Overlooking the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, this 58-level tower designed by Kerry Hill Architects offers private residences with spectacular views of the iconic waterfront. The project’s visual narrative includes over 250 meticulously crafted images, with 50+ dedicated to showcasing the penthouse. A bespoke animation sequence integrates seamlessly with high-end lifestyle footage, creating an immersive launch experience within the Immersion Room. The development comes to life through flythroughs, timelapses, and cinematic vignettes.

77 Grosvenor, London/ Brookfield

This luxury 50,000 square foot transformation of prime office space in central Mayfair marks Brookfield’s debut in London’s vibrant West End. The project features a striking series of over 20 images, accompanied by a 2-minute flythrough that offers a comprehensive visual journey through the space.

Amangiri Residences, Utah / Canyon Equity

Immersed in the striking desert landscape, Amangiri is a luxury resort like no other. Its exclusive luxury private residences are thoughtfully crafted to offer the ultimate indoor-outdoor living experience. One Chicago Square

Chicago’s most iconic new tower. Our digital animation studio IMERZA created experiential models to facilitate design decisions on this mixed-use tower, as well as vertically integrated the VR throughout the sales process. The IMERZA Sales & Marketing Platform allowed the JDL sales team to show every aspect of what life will be like at One Chicago and allowed future residents customize and see their future home.

Water Street Tampa

Water Street interactive model integrates both massing and analytics into one single interactive tool by presenting real-time projection mapping with multiple (demographics, transportation, energy modeling, land use, coastal conditions, water, utilities and infrastructure, form and mass, etc.) which explain, educate, document, and present a customizable urban plan to the community and stakeholders where the system is displayed as well as communicated to the community. The tools utilized combine physical models, 3d projection and 2d live screens which surround and immerse the observer into the planned urban environment integrated with real-time content management.

La Clara

A premier 83-unit luxury residential project in west palm beach, FL. IMERZA created experiential models to facilitate design decisions and vertically integrated VR throughout the sales process. King & Partners creative directed and produced a holistic advertising campaign that captures the feeling of pure relaxation and connection a stay at The Cove offers guests. Grand Wailea

King & Partners were engaged to completely reimagine the incredible Maui resort of Grand Wailea. Our engagement included strategy, positioning, multiple brand identities, F&B concepts, membership strategy, content creation and a series of campaigns that capture the heavenly experience of being on property in Maui.

The new Grand Wailea branding captures this spirit of Heaven, Earth, Sea, via a visual identity in a modern style with a nod to ancient Hawaiian iconography. Our new custom wordmark captures a feeling of modern elevated hospitality with a touch of traditional Hawaiian spirit in the redrawn letterforms. It has a touch of natural character, yet is clean and refined.

Valextra - China Marketing

Valextra worked with Hot Pot to overhaul their online brand in China. The team delivered a localised asset suite tailor made for Chinese audiences on Wechat, and Little Red Book (Rednote) before overhauling content creation and managing key social channels to engage affluent leather goods consumers, driving meaningful engagement and a direct impact on sales.

Rapha - China Commercial

Hot Pot worked as an extension of the Rapha team in planning, sourcing and negotiating terms in local language with their TP (ecommerce trading partner), saving the brand significant fees and driving healthy margins. We remained on board for the integration and management of the TP, ensuring commercial KPIs were exceeded.

Rituals - China Intel

The Rituals global team had a need to identify commercial opportunities through analysis on both existing consumers as well as untapped market segments. Our Hot Pot China team built a bespoke Cultural Intel Community of 250 consumers within a branded WeChat Mini Program to elicit ongoing real-time feedback over 12 months.  Among the many key outputs was the discovery of a number of fragrance preferences that were unaddressed by Rituals, and these insights were fed back into the NPD funnel to better serve Chinese consumers.

Noble Panacea - Launch

In addition to the ongoing content creation and management of all of Noble Panacea’s China digital channels (Little Red Book, WeChat, Weibo) the Hot Pot team placed a major emphasis on co-creation of content with suitable skincare KOLs and KOCs.

Initially this was delivered through overseas-based Chinese influencers, who are highly effective in generating both interest and demand with mainland Chinese consumers prior to launch.

Campari - China Intel

Hot Pot China conducted an insights project for Campari Group leadership to understand the potential for growth of premium cognac with younger consumers across Asia. Combining consumer intelligence from Greater China, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia with expert interviews we delivered not only robust trend forecasting, but also individual go-to-market and brand activation strategies for the four key markets. Shortly after delivery of the study, Campari group completed acquisition of cognac brand Courvoisier for $1.3b.

Byredo x WILLY CHAVARRIA

To celebrate Willy Chavarria’s CFDA win for American Menswear Designer of the Year, North Six partnered with Byredo to design and produce an immersive afterparty. Guests explored a multi-floor space absorbed in deep red lighting and roses, reflecting the designer’s heritage and honoring the resilience of American fashion.

Frieze Art Fair

North Six has partnered with Frieze Art Fair and LG across multiple editions, including Frieze London 2024, where Sir John Akomfrah’s “Becoming Wind” was showcased on LG’s OLED screens, with design and construction delivered by North Six.

Cartier

Cartier partnered with North Six to transform Shoreditch Town Hall, London for its High Jewellery celebration. Iconic Bellboys welcomed guests to a floral-lit dinner by The Clove Club, followed by Beth Ditto’s electrifying performance, setting the tone for a vibrant after-party.

KVADRAT x RAF SIMONS

North Six collaborated with Raf Simons at Salone del Mobile to art direct “No Man’s Land”, a large-scale installation for his sixth collection with Kvadrat. Vintage furniture was reupholstered in Kvadrat x Raf Simons fabrics inside Jean Prouvé wooden houses, complemented by a 50-foot garden and a week-long Rochelle Canteen residency.

Zara x TwoJeys

 North Six produced and designed the Zara x TwoJeys collaboration launch, turning LA’s Sunset Ranch into a bold, western-inspired celebration. VIPs and influencers explored custom set pieces, music, and immersive interactions, bringing the collection’s rebellious spirit to life in a high-energy atmosphere.

ESTÉE LAUDER

Estée Lauder and North Six launched a homecoming-inspired activation, combining influencer seeding with a University of Georgia pop-up. Blending sports energy and beauty, the experience featured sampling, giveaways, interactive games, and live entertainment, building buzz and positioning Double Wear Foundation as a game-day essential.
